UGI International Region East, which includes the Company’s Flaga and Amerigas Polska brands, recently announced their outstanding safety results of 500,000 working hours without any Recordable Injury (RIs). This is the equivalent of more than 7 months of accident-free work.
“This outstanding result which is only possible because everybody across the whole Region East business takes a great responsibility and do their best to make safety a priority every single day,” said Maciej Malkowski, HSSE & Quality Director of UGI International Region East.
By reaching this significant milestone, UGI employees have not only protected themselves from harm, but also built a safety culture that fosters trust, commitment, and productivity. Everyone’s commitment to safety not only ensures that every colleague return home unharmed at the end of the day, but also serves as an inspiration to others, showing that any challenge when working together to achieve a common goal.
